Is Voice Calling Heading to WhatsApp?

I guess Voice Calling feature is heading to WhatsApp as sooner as expected. Is it a good news for the users? We just have to wait till the announcement. NDTV Gadgets was the one who spotted this feature.

This is what NDTV said:

This pop-up will appear only if users have not allowed WhatsApp access to the microphone. To see this, go to Settings > Privacy > Microphone > WhatsApp > flip the slider to Off. Now open WhatsApp to find mention of the voice calling feature.

We hope WhatsApp will make the announcement soon till then fingers crossed.
